- Profile Photo: Optional. You may upload a personal photo to use as your account profile picture. The App will require access to your device's local storage to enable this feature.
b. Information Collected During App Operations
- Geo-Location Data: Your real-time location coordinates are transmitted when you tap the "Panic Alert" button to call for help from security agencies. Transmission stops when you tap the button again to stop the alert.
- Audio Data: Recorded audio is captured and transmitted to the control room when you tap the "Panic Alert" button. Transmission stops when you tap the button again to stop the alert.
2. Purpose of Collecting Information
The PASS Mobile App collects the above information to:
- Create and manage user accounts and profiles.
- Provide real-time emergency response services by transmitting your location and audio to our control room and relevant security agencies.
- Enable swift identification of users during panic situations.
- Allow users to personalize their accounts by uploading a profile photo.
3. How We Use and Share Your Information
- Geo-Location and Audio Data: Your location and audio data are shared in real-time with our control room for transmission to security agencies to provide emergency response.
- Account and Profile Data: This information is used strictly for account management and user identification.
- No Third-Party Sales: Your personal data is never sold to any third parties.
We will only share your data as required for:
- Emergency response services.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
